ABOUTUS

☕ More than a 5K. It's a coffee-fueled experience.

Roasted Run 5K is where running meets good coffee and great energy. Think sunshine, movement, music, and a crowd that's here to enjoy it, not overthink it. Whether you're pushing your pace or just along for the ride, this is your kind of run. Walk it, jog it, stroller-and-dog it — there's no cutoff, nobody's counting, and the coffee at the finish doesn't check your pace.

RACEMORNING

This isn't a race. It's a Saturday morning, perfected.

6:15 AM

Check-in + packet pickup

You're here early. The coffee isn't ready yet. Neither are you. Perfect.

6:30 AM

Music starts. Energy builds.

DJ warming up, cornhole boards out, somebody already stretching too seriously.

7:10 AM

Group warm-up

A shake-out so nobody pulls anything. Effort optional, participation encouraged.

7:30 AM

The 5K begins

Go. Or, you know, walk. The coffee is brewing behind you as motivation.

8:15 AM

The finish line hits different

Medal on your neck, coffee in your hand. In that order. Immediately.

8:45 AM

Awards, music + your refill

Top-3 get hardware. Everyone else gets the hang: cornhole, music, no reason to leave.

BRING THECREW

Somebody in the group chat has to make this happen. It's you. It was always going to be you.

ONE CHECKOUT. FOUR BIBS.

Register the whole crew in one go — family, run club, coworkers, the neighbor who "used to run track." Groups of 4+ save $5 a runner at Orlando, and the biggest crew gets a shoutout and a reserved cornhole lane.

CREW MATH.

ASKUS

Every question you're too cool to ask.

Can I walk the whole thing?
"Walk it, stroll it, interpretive-dance it. The coffee doesn't check your pace."
Yes — walkers are fully welcome, there's no cutoff sweep, and the finish line stays loud for everyone.
Strollers? Dogs? Kids?
"The more wheels and paws, the better the finish-line photos."
Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome — we'll ask you to start toward the back so nobody gets clipped. Kids love this race. KIDS PRICING — ANNOUNCING SOON
Is it timed? Are there awards?
"Timed if you care. Cheerfully ignored if you don't."
Officially timed with results posted after. Awards for top-3 male and female finishers and top youth. Everyone else wins the coffee.
Where do I park?
"Closer than you parked at the mall last week."
All three parks have on-site parking. The full parking map lands in your race-week email.
What if it rains? Refunds?
"The rain is usually just passing through — like everyone's in-laws."
Rain or shine; in severe weather we delay or reschedule and email everyone immediately. Bibs transfer to a friend if your morning falls apart. Full policy publishes before Orlando registration opens. POLICY IN FINAL REVIEW
Is the coffee actually good?
"We named the entire event after it. We're not risking the brand on bad coffee."
Fresh-poured at the finish from a local roaster we're genuinely excited about. Coffee partner announcement coming soon.
